Owned by our family since its construction and used as our treasured Cornish coastal getaway, Janners Retreat is a special place where we hope, like us, you will feel right at home. We have left many of our own creature comforts which you are welcome to use such as; books, games and our DVD library etc. as a welcome addition to your stay.
‘Janners’, like many modern Polzeath houses, is an “upside down” house with four spacious double bedrooms downstairs complimented by two bathrooms. Upstairs, a compartmentalised open plan room is laid out as follows: kitchen, dining, sitting and TV area. All benefit from lots of natural light and there are French doors leading out onto a south facing garden at the back. The lawn is fenced and enclosed and a decked area is perfect for barbeque sunsets.
